Nakano Bolt Factory Co., Ltd. "Manufacturing Process"

We are always manufacturing bolts in a perfect environment!

The Nakano Bolt Factory manufactures bolts used in water pipes as an inspection factory certified by the Japan Water Works Association. Strict standards are set to ensure that the tap water we consume daily is not adversely affected by defective bolts (such as dimensional abnormalities or insufficient strength). As a certified factory, we undergo regular inspections from the Japan Water Works Association, which includes on-site checks and product evaluations, ensuring that we always manufacture bolts in a fully compliant environment. 【Bolt Manufacturing Process】 1. Cutting: Cutting iron materials of about 6 meters into the required lengths. 2. Forging: Heating the cut pieces with heavy oil to shape the heads of the bolts. 3. Burr Removal: Removing burrs that form around the heads of the bolts during forging. 4. Upsetting: Reducing the diameter of the bolt by upsetting part of it. 5. Thread Rolling: Performing thread processing on the upset section of the bolt. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
